-
Yes. We coordinate both international freight (imports and exports by sea and air) and domestic transport within Australia, especially when it connects to an international shipment.
-
We handle most common freight types, including general cargo, FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight, and oversized loads. Dangerous goods can be arranged where required, subject to classification, packaging, and carrier approval. If you’re unsure what category your freight falls into, we’ll help you confirm it before booking.

-
Yes. We coordinate both sea freight and air freight, and we’ll advise on the best option based on your timeframe, cargo type, and budget.

We can do either. We coordinate door-to-door pickup and delivery, or port-to-port if you already have local transport sorted.
-
Yes. We coordinate customs clearance through your nominated broker (or a trusted partner) and help keep import/export documentation correct, complete, and aligned with your shipment timeline.

To quote accurately, we’ll ask for the origin and destination, cargo details (what it is), dimensions and weight, volume/quantity, incoterms (e.g., EXW/FOB/CIF), and your preferred timeframe. If you have a commercial invoice, packing list, or supplier quote, send those through too.
-
Yes. We can prioritise urgent and time-sensitive shipments and advise on the fastest available options, including air freight where appropriate. The key is early notice so we can secure space and align documents and cut-off times.

We work with all common Incoterms, including EXW, FOB, CFR/CIF, and DAP/DDP. If you’re not sure which one applies, we’ll explain the difference and confirm who’s responsible for each part of the shipment before we proceed.
-

Some items are restricted or need permits, especially anything involving food, plant/animal products, timber/wood packaging, chemicals, batteries, or dangerous goods. Because requirements vary by cargo and destination, the best step is to speak with our team so we can confirm what applies before you ship.
-
We coordinate the process end-to-end: making sure the documents and declarations are correct, flagging any biosecurity risks early, and arranging any required inspections or treatments through approved depots and providers. We’ll keep you updated on timings, holds, and release.
-
We invoice per shipment. Account customers can apply for trading terms, and for new or once-off shipments we may require payment upfront before release. We’ll confirm the charges and timing clearly before we proceed.
-
If there’s a delay, damage, or a missing item, contact us as soon as you notice it. We’ll help you document what happened (photos, delivery receipt/notes, packing list, invoice) and lodge the claim with the carrier and/or insurer, then keep you updated while it’s assessed.
